Client's OS directories are being removed on package clean-up

Targeted custom storage for Packages on the Client under C:\Windows directory. Created Software Update Policies, targeted the managed end-points, and confirmed the Software Updates were delivered to endpoints and stored within C:\Windows
After some period; found the Client is unusable; confirmed the C:\Windows folder contents were removed; Agent's package expiration was deleting the full directory by sending notification for Patch to clean up the folder on C:\Windows.
In Patch Management Solution 8.1 a fix was provided to remove packages after the defined time frame. The fix was broad enough to include Software Management Packages that were using an Alternate Download Location.
Will be resolved in 8.1 RU2+ moving forward.
Also resolved in attached PF_Patch_81_4097982; download this attached .zip folder, extract the zipped files, and run the PFInstaller2 as Administrator (right-click > Run As) to ensure the Patch Package Clean-up will only target the Patch Packages.
