Issue/Introduction
It was found that Shavlik_applicability.xml is not getting generated. It's default location is 'C:\Program Files\Altiris\Altiris Agent\Agents\SoftwareManagement\Software Delivery\{6D417916-467C-46A7-A870-6D86D9345B61}\cache'
Also InstallLog.csv is missing at the default location 'C:\Program Files\Altiris\Altiris Agent\Agents\PatchMgmtAgent'
Execution of Windows System Assessment Scan package is successfully getting completed at the client machine.
Environment
Patch Management Solution 8.0
Cause
Microsoft .NET framework and Service Pack of the Operating System (OS) did not meet the prerequisites. Both of them were at a lower version than what is required.
Resolution
Upgrade the Microsoft .NET Framework to 4.5.1 version.
Also upgrade the Service Pack for the client's Operating System.
