Web E-mail Protection external users receiving wrong URL in expiration e-mail

Symantec Encryption Management Server (SEMS) Web E-mail Protection (WEP) remote users are receiving the account expiration e-mails that have an internal, non-resolvable, reply URL. The account expiration e-mails are being sent to the remote users from the internal SEMS server. That e-mail includes the internal, private, non-resolvable, URL of the internal SEMS server.

One server is in the DMZ and the other is in the internal network
The internal SEMS server has the private URL configured in the Services > Web Email Protection > Interface > Public URL field.
Modify the Services > Web Email Protection > Interface > Public URL field to include the correct, publicly resolvable, URL
