Control Compliance Suite CCSScanningutility is erroring out

While running the CCSScanningutility you receive errors such as:
7/17/2017 6:18:03 AM : The request channel timed out while waiting for a reply after 00:00:59.9843897. Increase the timeout value passed to the call to Request or increase the SendTimeout value on the Binding. The time allotted to this operation may have been a portion of a longer timeout.
7/17/2017 6:39:57 AM : Encountered following problem while generating report for : ASSETNAME ! 7/17/2017 6:39:57 AM : Error in exporting results Refer to the server log files for error details.
The first error is caused due to a 1 minute timeout value in the CCSScanningUtility.exe.config.
The second is caused by an issue from Excel.
For the timeout error, please edit the CCSScanningUtility.exe.config file.
Open the CCSScanningUtility.exe.config file in notepad
Go to Edit -> Replace
In the Find What: enter in "00:01:00" and in the Replace with: enter in "00:10:00" and click on "Replace All"
Save the file and exit notepad
For the other error please do the following.
Create Desktop directory for the SYSTEM account.
For the Application Server Service to use the Microsoft Excel application, you must create a Desktop directory at the following locations depending on the type of your operating system:
■ For 64-bit operating system open %WINDIR%\SysWow64\Config\SystemProfile and create a new folder called "desktop"
■ For 32-bit operating system open %WINDIR%\System32\Config\SystemProfile and create a new folder called "desktop"
Also make sure that the folder in parameters.xml for "ExportReport" exists, if it does not please create it.
If you do not have email setup in CCS please set "EmailReport" from "true" for enabled to "false"
