Issue/Introduction
When the VontuMonitor service attempts to start, all paged memory is consumed.
Cause
The most likely cause of this scenario is limited server resources. In particular, this issue may result from having a pagefile of less than the recommeded size. Further effects of this issue can be seen through high activity with 'Modified Memory'.
Resolution
Increase the pagefile to match, at a minimum, 150% of physical system RAM.
