Issue/Introduction

You want to know more about  "Delay scheduled scans when running on batteries" settings.

Resolution

When enabled, all scans are indefinitely delayed in 30 minute intervals until the device isn't running on batteries.

At the beginning of a scheduled scan, it checks whether the feature is enabled.  If enabled, there is a check for whether it's running on batteries.
If this criteria is met, then the scan is re-scheduled to restart 30 minutes later.  When the scan restarts, the process repeats and the scan will be
delayed 30 minutes if still running on batteries.
