Issue/Introduction

When rebooting your ATP 8840 appliance running on the Dell PowerEdge R330 platform, it displays a Critical Memory error. You click Okay and the appliance boots as normal.

Cause

This is an issue that Dell has addressed with a BIOS update version 2.0.8

Resolution

You can obtain the BIOS update from this link:

http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/04

Please update the BIOS through the iDRAC interface per Dell's Help menus present in that interface.

ATP Engineering has certified BIOS version 2.0.8 to be compatible with ATP software version 2.3 and newer.
