Unable to upgrade Content Analysis (CA) via local file upload option

Issue/Introduction
Upgrade from local image upload process hangs, Status = "In Progress", and Details remains on "Verifying".
Cause
This is a known issue with 1.3.7.5 and 1.3.7.8
This has also been seen in 3.1.0.1
Resolution
The recommended workaround is to update with the System Image Retrieval function.
It is recommended that you perform this locally.
Note: If the system still hangs in status "Verifying" after moving to System Image Retrieval function, reboot the CA to clear up the hanging processes and then perform the download again. The Details should move from Downloading > Verifying > Copying Images. Once the process is complete, the Status changes to Installed.
