A Symantec Endpoint Protection Cloud (SEPC) end user attempting to install the SEPC Client encounters the following error. "This device cannot be enrolled because all of your company's licenses have already been used. Please contact your administrator." Review by a SEPC Administrator determines the user has enrolled less than 5 devices and should be entitled to enroll at least 1 more device. Attempting to enroll the same device using the SEPC Account Administrator is successful.

To workaround the issue deactivate 1 SEPC User. Do not deactivate the Account Administrator. Enrollment for other active SEPC Users should now be successful.
