Issue/Introduction
This article is intended for users who are deploying model SWGVA on VMware’s vSphere Hypervisor.
Resolution
1. Login to your MySymantec account to access your software downloads https://support.symantec.com/en_US/article.INFO5242.html
2. Select the 'My Products'tab and enter the serial number of the appliance in the search control field in the table
3. Click the serial number or the software download icons displayed in the search result
4. Click the 'Software Downloads' tab
5. Under the 'Recommended' tab, click on the most recent General Availability SGOS version under "Versions"
6. Select the file to download, Note the SWG-ESX is located in a zip file.
7. Accept the EULA and Click the 'Download Selected Files' button to start the download
8. The download will begin in your browser
