Issue/Introduction
User trying to select a link to open a PDF document within the iBloomberg Application.
Receives an error: "Bloomberg Professional Service cannot display this page due to your firms internet explorer settings."
Can open PDF files from other sources.

Cause
Service is requesting information from host and being blocked.
Resolution
Add local host 127.0.0.1 to the bypass list.
Unified Agent will block access to the loopback address to avoid attempts to bypass the Bloomber Service.
This will not impact the IPSec when Unified Agent goes Passive, the loopback address will no longer be bypassed.
