After Installing Version 8.1 RU4, Incident Classifications are Not Being Saved

After upgrading to Servicedesk 8.1 Ru4, when creating and classifying incidents, the incident classification is not being displayed on the process view page. Further research shows that the selected classification is also not being stored to the database.

The Menu Select component was not properly storing the complex data array for classification.
This has now been resolved via a pointfix build. Please contact Symantec Support to obtain the revised Workflow build. Please ask for Workflow build 8.1.5618.1 or later
