After upgrade to ATP 3.0, you see service failure alerts regarding SNMP

After upgrading to Advanced Threat Protection 3.0, you notice a system health message that a device or service has terminated. Upon further investigation in the System health logs, you see that is it the snmp_service that is terminating.
There is an issue when migrating settings causing the snmp_service process to crash when trying to read its configuration file.
