Issue/Introduction

Configure CloudSOC so that users no longer have the option to authenticate directly with U/N & PW to login to CloudSOC.

Force the users to only authenticate with a single sign-on (SSO) service.

Resolution

  1. Log on to CloudSOC.
  2. Navigate to the CloudSOC Knowledge Base Portal. (left side menus at bottom)
  3. Click the 'Administration' option.
  4. Locate the Knowledge Base Article with the Single Sign-On Provider of your choice.
  5. Click on the desired SSO Knowledge Base article.
  6. Find the section at end of document titled: Configuring CloudSOC to force single sign-on.
