One or more Advanced Secure Gateways or Proxies connected to Management Center which are showing an error status and getting errors like the following when attempting to connect to the device.
"An unspecified problem has occurred"
"An Unexpected Server error occurred"
"The system has returned a 200 status code"
When viewing the license status in the command line the install status, "Invalid"
Management Center> show license

Download Date: 2017-04-18T03:12:18.419+0000
Download Status: Download complete
Install Status: Invalid
Redownload the license in Management Center and install it so that it shows valid.
1. Access the Management Center CLI
2. Enter privileged mode by typing enable at the command prompt.
3. Enter your enable password and press Enter.
4. Use the license command to download the license: (config-licensing)# load [username <value>] [password <value>]
Restart the service which is required after installing the license in Management Center
To restart the service:
1. Access the Management Center CLI
2. Enter privileged mode by typing enable at the command prompt.
3. Enter your enable password and press Enter.
4. At the # prompt, type the following command and press Enter: "# system-services restart management-center"
After restarting the service, the GUI will become unavailable for a short period of time. Once logged back in, check the device status which should be showing available now without error. It's a good idea to test the connection to the Proxy/ASG now by launching the console to the device.
