Issue/Introduction

As an administrator, I need the ability to see all unhealthy endpoints in my environment.  When I view an individual computer, I can see the health status of that particular agent.

I would like to be able to see all unhealthy agents so I can take action to remediate.

Environment

ITMS 8.x

Resolution

This can easily be accomplished by creating a filter view under Manage > Computers.  You can follow these steps to accomplish this view:

  • Start off by navigating to Manage > Computers in the console.  Once there, under Filters, in a blank area of the screen, right click.  Choose New > Filter
  • On the right hand side of the console, click on the drop-down next to Add Filter Criteria.  Choose the option for Agent Health (vAC_OverallAgentHealth)
  • Now select equals Needs attention as shown in the screenshot below:
  • Congratulations you have now created a filter view of all unhealthy agents in your environment.  Before navigating away, please make sure you click on the Save icon to save it.

From here you might want to export the view as a report, or export the results to a CSV file.  The choice is yours!
