Issue/Introduction

Files saved from Microsoft Office (using Save As) to client drives hosted on Citrix XenApp or XenDesktop 7.13 through 7.18 are not monitored.

However, if you are running Citrix XenApp or XenDesktop 7.14 or later with version 7.12 Virtual Delivery Agent (VDA), files saved to client drives (using Save As) are monitored.

Resolution

Add the following registry key to Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop 7.13 through 7.18 endpoints to monitor files saved from Microsoft Office to client drives:
