The customer is trying to connect to a Azure Server using Remote Desktop Protocol. He has Unified Agent installed and he is unable to log in.
Remote Desktop protocol goes through TCP port 3389, and as it is not web traffic (HTTPS/HTTP), the cloud proxy does not know how to handle the traffic, so it would not allow the clint to connect to the Azure servers.
If the service the customer is trying to access is hosted locally (private IP), Unified Agent will automatically bypass it. However, If the service is public, it is necessary to bypass it manually directly from the portal, Therefore, all Azure´s IPs will have to be bypassed.
