Issue/Introduction

Configure users in Web Security Service (WSS) portal.

Environment

Web Security Service

Resolution

  1. Go to WSS portal.
  2. Go to Service > Account Configuration > Administrators.


     
  3. Expand Admins and Users and select between the options depending on what it is needed: Add User; Edit; Set as Primary; Enable; Disable or Delete.


 

Note: When creating the user, please double check for typos since this could prevent the user from getting proper access.
