Browsers connect using outdated Proxy Auto-Configuration (PAC) settings.
 

Explicit proxy deployment

You updated the PAC file, but some users' browsers cached the previous PAC settings. 

Instruct users to do one of the following:

  • Clear the browser cache.
  • Start a new browser session.
