After a Partner Management Console account (PMC) has been provisioned for Symantec Endpoint Protection Cloud (SEP Cloud), users within the PMC are unable to view SEP Cloud accounts.
This issue can happen if user roles are set up within the PMC, and Endpoint Protection Cloud is not specified as a product that can be managed by that role. By default, this option is not selected. This issue will not impact users who are specified as Partner Admins.
This issue is frequently noticed after accounts have been migrated from Symantec Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition (SEP SBE) to SEP Cloud.
Symantec Development is aware of this issue and is working on future enhancements to the PMC in order to streamline this process.
In the mean time, this issue can be resolved by editing the impacted user role(s) from within the PMC and selecting Endpoint Protection Cloud under Products.
