ATP appears to schedule a Full Dump, but does not appear to send the command to SEP client
On Search > Endpoints, the list of endpoints shows multiple endpoints with either "- Full dump request" or "- Process dump request" appended to the end of the contents of the Search description column and Search status has a red x in a red circle to indicate a search failure.
Clicking on one of these search Descriptions shows the individual search with a status of "Failed".
Symantec is investigating at this time.
To workaround, reboot the ATP management server.
