After selection for upgrade, a Partner needs to prepare their customers for a successful upgrade to Endpoint Protection Cloud (SEPC) from Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition Cloud (SEP SBE cloud).
A Symantec partner managing 1 or more SBE customers from the Partner Management Console (PMC) at manage.symanteccloud.com.
Partner and customers have been selected for upgrade to SEPC
Mac Agents in SBE are not managed and will needed to be manually upgraded.
To find issues specific to your customer that may prevent upgrade, login into your PMC at manage.symanteccloud.com, manage your SBE customer. Click the "Upgrade" hyperlink on the blue banner on top of the page. This will direct you to a SEPC Upgrade ability page. Here you will find specific issues to address for your customer.
