After changing the Symantec Messaging Gateway (SMG) Scanner IP address via Administration > Configuration > host > Ethernet, messages with the Suspect Virus verdict are no longer delivered to the Suspect Virus Quarantine and are not delivered to the final recipient.
The change to the scanner IP address is not reflected in all configuration files so messages with the Suspect Virus verdict are still being routed to the original IP address.
This is a known issue and will be addressed with the SMG 10.6.6 release.
