Issue/Introduction
Customer purchased BCIS Advanced/Standard license and trying to enable/download Application Classification > Attributes
Cause
Application Attributes is an additional licensed component which is compatible with BCIS. This is available as "CASB-Audit" for ordering.
Resolution
Purchasing "CASB-Audit" license will let the device download the Application Attributes. In order to purchase the license, contact customer care at +1 (800) 721 3934 [Option:2 > 3] or your Sales Engineer (SE).
Note: CASB-Audit is only compatible with BCIS and needs SGOS 6.6.2.x or higher to be available.
