CloudSOC Tenant fails to redirect to SiteMinder SSO in SP flow with 500 Server Error

Issue/Introduction
Configured SiteMinder SSO per tech note specifications. IDP flow works, but SP flow gives a 500 error and fails to redirect.

Cause
The SiteMinder metadata contains malformed timestamps in the 'validUntil' attribute.
Resolution
Manually edit the timestamps to follow the following format:
"%Y-%m-%dT%H:%M:%SZ"
ie: 2021-05-01T04:02:41.274Z
