Issue/Introduction
Unable to generate data produced by the Email Data Feed service. Sample Python script gets executed and generates a .json log file containg error "429 error".

Cause
Rate Limiting in effect-you are sending too many requests.
Resolution
Reduce query rate and try again later. If using a scheduled job, configure it to run less frequently.
