Topology Viewer shows devices connected through HUB IDs to other workstations

When viewing Topology View under the Server Management Suite Portal, it shows Hub IDs from the infrastructure devices connected via workstations instead of connected directly to the switch or router. See this screenshot for details:
This is caused by manual deletion of infrastructure devices. The medium connectivity information remains with the workstations when this occurs, causing insconsistency in the Topology view when those devices are rediscovered.
Please run through the following steps to resolve this. NOTE: All previous discovered devices need to be rediscovered in order to repopulate the connectivity data
Log into SQL Studio Manger and open a new query window against the Symantec_CMDB database.
Run the following query: TRUNCATE TABLE Inv_Device_Medium_Member
Rerun your Network Discovery tasks to repopulate the connectivity information.
The missing information will be replaced and Topology View will now show correct connectivity information.
