When the user cannot login the CCS Manager and wants to check if the license expired, the license file can be confirmed to check the license information.

1. Open below folder in CCS Manager system.
   • Installing driver :\ProgramData\Symantec Shared\Licenses
2. Right-click the license file(*.slf), click "Edit".
3. Confirm below information.

Serial number:

<serial_number>XXXXXXXXXXX</serial_number>

License start date & end date:

<start_date>20XX-XX-XX</start_date>

<end_date>20XX-XX-XX</end_date>

License count:

<count>XXXXX</count>
