Computer shows offline in the SEP SBE portal, but online in the Cloud Agent

The Symantec Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition (SEP SBE) portal shows a computer offline for an extended period of time, however, the Cloud Agent on that computer shows that it is online.
This computer has been offline for over <#> days.
The computer was re-imaged, and the SEP SBE cloud agent installed before it was renamed to the original name. The default computer name from Windows is stored as the Computer Alias in the portal and will not reflect name changes on the computer itself. This name must manually be updated.
Click the gear icon to add a column for Computer Name to the Computers page. Search for the expected computer name, and note the alias of the online entry.
Delete the offline computer, then update the computer profile of the online entry to set the alias to the appropriate name.
