Echoworx admin accounts can change passwords and recall emails

Symantec Email Security.cloud accounts that use Echoworx for the Policy Based Encryption have one more admin accounts to manage the Echoworx users for their domain. These admin accounts can manage passwords for Echoworx portal users and also recall sent emails.

To manage user credentials, access the "Credentials" option in the interface.
To recall a web portal email, log in to the administration portal and access Reports > Message Report, and search for the message in question. Web portal messages show up with an action of ENCRYPT_DC and this is a clickable link. By clicking on ENCRYPT_DC for a particular message, all actions related to the message in question are accessed and there is a Recall option available there to recall that message.
