From the main SEP Mobile login page:
- Click the Forgot Password? link.
- Enter your user email address in the field provided.
- Click the > link to trigger a Password Reset email.
- Open the Password Reset email in your user email account and follow prompts to reset and login with your new password.
You can also reset your password from the general NSL log in page login.symantec.com
- Select "Having Trouble Signing In?"
- Enter in your email address you are having troubling signing in with
- Select "Continue"
- Locate the password reset email and follow the prompts to reset your password there
- Attempt to log in again to the main product page
