Issue/Introduction

When a customer tries to open the GSS web console they receive the error:

HTTP Error 500.19 - Internal Server Error

Environment

GSS 3.3 and WSUS on the same system

Cause

WSUS and the GSS Web console do not work together

Resolution

At this time the GSS web console and WSUS do not work together on the same system and is not supported by Symantec.
