When accessing the SEDR appliance Dashboard or Search through the SEDR cloud console, you see connection or timeout errors instead of the appliance page.
The SEDR cloud console loads an iframe with the IP address or hostname configured for the SEDR appliance. If that page cannot be accessed through the network from that client on the same browser, the page will fail to load.
To view Symantec EDR appliance pages through the cloud console, you must be connected to the same network as the appliance via your company LAN or VPN, or provide Symantec EDR with a public IP address that is accessible from the internet.
If you're using a self-signed certificate for your SEDR appliance, you need to except the certificate in your browser directly, then load it through the SEDR cloud console.
