Connection timeout errors show in the browser when trying to access the SEDR dashboard through the SEDR cloud console

When accessing the SEDR appliance Dashboard or Search through the SEDR cloud console, you see connection timeout errors instead of the appliance page.
The SEDR could console loads an iframe with the IP address configured for the SEDR appliance. If that page cannot be accessed through the network from that client on the same browser, the page will fail to load.
To view Symantec EDR appliance pages through the cloud console, you must be connected via your company LAN or VPN, or provide Symantec EDR with a public IP address that is accessible from the internet.
If you're using a self-signed certificate for your SEDR appliance, you need to except the certificate in your browser.
