The end user experiences slower system response, long waits for file downloads (and uploads), and longer rendering times.
The Web Isolation platform renders web sites on the server. Only a visual feed is sent to the end user’s browser. Therefore, bandwidth and latency have a large impact on the user’s experience. The greater the bandwidth, the more data the Web Isolation instance can send at a given time. This results in quicker downloads and uploads. Likewise, a smaller latency value improves the responsiveness between the user’s mouse and keyboard gestures and the rendered website.
Make sure the endpoint’s bandwidth and latency thresholds adhere to the parameter settings listed in the tables below. The following table contains bandwidth thresholds.
