Run Command Prompt as an administrator (CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER or right-click>Run as Administrator)
Change directory to the location where psexec was extracted (eg: cd C:\users\Administrator\downloads\pstools)
use the following command to use psexec to install SEP SBE cloud: psexec -i -s <directory path where symredistributable is located, usually the desktop>\SymRedistributable.exe -silent -refreshall (eg: psexec -i -s C:\Users\Administrator\Desktop\SymRedistributable.exe -silent -refreshall)
A blank command prompt window opens. Wait until it disappears on its own.
When finished, the command prompt should give a message: "<Directory Path>\Symredistributable.exe exited on <Computer Name> with error code 0."
Error code 0 indicates the command exited successfully.
SEP SBE cloud should now be successfully installed on the device.
Verify a successful install
Check the system tray to ensure the Symantec icon is present.
Either double click or right-click>Open.
You should be able to see the SEP SBE UI similar to as illustrated below. If you can see the protection technologies broken down into computer, web, and network, regardless of icon color, the install was successful.
