Issue/Introduction
While trying to perform an installation of the Dagent by running the Dagent .msi file either manually or through a scripted process a pop up box appears with the following error.

Environment
Ghost Solution Suite 3.x
Dagent installation on a Microsoft Windows operating system
Manual installation or installing the Dagent through a script
This error will not occur if the Dagent is pushed from the Ghost Solution Suite console using the Remote Agent Installer
Cause
This error is caused by a service that is not running.
Resolution
Open the services on your Windows operating system. Locate the Windows Modules Installer service. Start this service and perform the installation of the Dagent again.
