Unable to connect to the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM) database from within Advanced Threat Protection or Endpoint Detection and Response due to an incorrect password
Unable to reset Log Collector password
Authentication error (as seen from within ATP / EDR):
Advanced Threat Protection (ATP) 2.0 or later
Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) 4.0 or later
Incorrect Log Collector password
Close and re-run the Log Collector Configuration Utility as an Administrator (as shown below)
NOTE: From there you will be given an option to change the Log Collector password.
