An Email Security.Cloud account has been ordered and provisioned. The Primary Login ID and Password to login into Email Security.cloud admin portal (also known as ClientNet) is usually included in the Welcome Email sent by the Provisioning team. However the Welcome Email has not yet been received or the Welcome Email needs to be sent to a different authorized contact.
Please contact the Provisioning team at CLD_OrderServices@symantec.com to resend the email. Provisioning team is not reachable via Phone, however a call back can be requested using email.
Please note that Technical Support does not have access to resend the Welcome Email .
