Issue/Introduction
VIP Mobile Access app display security code 000000
000000
Cause
The operating system is unable to retrieve the keystore to generate the OTP after upgrading the Android operating system and handling of the TrustZone.
Resolution
Reboot the phone to re-establish the proper OS permissions to the apps. If the issue persists, remove and reinstall the app. This will generate a new credential ID and may require your organization to add the new credential ID to you.
