Protection definitions are unable to update in Endpoint Protection Cloud (SEPC)
Download the Intelligent Updater to determine if the agent is able to process definitions. Download the .exe for Endpoint Protection Cloud (32-bit/64-bit)
If unable to process definitions, you will need to uninstall and reinstall.
If able to process definitions, Determine whether your firewall is blocking LiveUpdate
If you determine that the firewall is blocking LiveUpdate whitelist the required SEPC URLs
Special instructions may be necessary if using a Cisco Meraki firewall
