SEDR Managers on the ATP 8840 appliance times out when trying to start the database services on boot

When running SEDR 4.0 on the ATP 8840 appliance, you may see intermittent issues on boot where the database services do not fully start. You may see parts of the web interface not functioning or the web interface will continue to state the services are still starting.
The SEDR 4.0 software allowed too many indexes to be maintaned for the hardware of the ATP 8840 appliance to handle.
This issue is resolved in SEDR 4.1.
