Issue/Introduction

Request ability for a single SpanVA to be utilized by multiple CloudSOC tenants.

Environment

SpanVA and CloudSOC

Cause

This configuration is unsupported. The SpanVA can only be connected to a single Tenant. There is a limit of 10 SpanVA's per tenant.

Resolution

Working as designed.
