Windows 10 virtual machines experience high CPU with Endpoint Protection 14 RU1 MP2 and LogonExpert installed

You notice Windows 10 64-bit machines non-paged pool memory grows from 160 MB to over 4 GB and then the CPU spikes to 100% when Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) 14 RU1 MP2 (14.0.3929.1200) and LogonExpert are installed. Users have trouble logging in or observe slow machine performance.
Windows 10 workstations CPU usage increases over a period of 1 to 2 days until they are spiked at 100%. A reboot corrects issue, and everything is okay for a couple of days.

SEP 14.1.x or 14.2.x
The high CPU issue was resolve on Windows 10 machines after upgrading LogonExpert (LogonExpertHelper) from version 7.3 to version 7.6.
