Upon upgrading from Symantec Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition Cloud (SEP SBE Cloud), formerly known as Endpoint Protection.cloud, to Endpoint Protection Cloud (SEPC); end users and partners may see Symantec.cloud, as well as, Endpoint Protection cloud listed in the programs and features of the device.

There are no subscribed services mapped to computers after upgrade or migration to SEPC.
SEP SBE clouds Platform Agent (PA) is a lightweight command and control agent. By design it is left behind during the upgrade so that Symantec Support and Engineering can collect debug logs or remove SEPC to troubleshoot issues.
Because the PA is left behind during the upgrade to SEPC, partners who choose to check in on the SBE side of the Partner Management Console (PMC), may see that their computers have no subscribed services. As the devices have migrated to the SEPC management platform, this message can safely be ignored.
The PA can be safely ignored or removed from the device without impacting the performance or protection of the device.
