After installing Endpoint Protection Cloud (SEPC) a partner or user may notice that when right-clicking the Symantec Icon in the system tray, Firewall and Autoprotect are grayed out
When opening the SEPC application and selecting "Advanced" These options are also grayed out.
By default and unless otherwise specified by Security Policy AutoProtect and Firewall are enabled on the endpoint and cannot be disabled. The Device remains protected.
