When I schedule my upgrade what time zone will it use

When I'm upgrading SEP SBE to SEPC, is this scheduled upgrade local time zone or UTC (Coordinated Universal Time)?
My devices are rebooting and auto-upgrading ahead of schedule. Why?
Customer is participating in the Symantec Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition(SEP SBE) migration to the Symantec Endpoint Protect Cloud(SEPC) product. When the account administrator is prompted to select the hours and date to allow the upgrade, what timezone is observed?
Configuring the system policy for the upgrade is local time but the auto-upgrade scheduled option is in UTC.
When prompted to select the desired time to schedule a day and time to allow the auto-upgrade, this will follow Coordinated Universal Time(UTC).
In other words, when you are scheduling for the whole environment, its schedule in UTC time ; when it is scheduling for weekend or a specific time for a specific machine, its in local time.
System policy is for local time, scheduling upgrades is UTC.
