Unable to log into the Enforce console with a specific account after upgrade

After successfully upgrading your DLP solution to a 15.x version you are unable to log into the Enforce console
The login problem is restricted to a specific account or domain - with other accounts the login works normally

Enforce Console Error: The page isn't redirecting properly

This is a defect that can occasionaly manifest after an upgrade. It will be fixed in 15.5 MP1 and later versions.
A workaround is available that involves running a short SQL statement against the DLP database and will restore access to the affected user(s).
