Accesslog download fail after certificate maintenance(Certificate Maintenance February 20, 2019) in web security service(WSS). The CLOUD DOWNLOAD(General Settings>DATA SETTINGS>CLOUD DOWNLOAD) function keep indicate "An error occurred" if I put correct Cloud API Username and Password.
Reporter Journal log "C:\Program Files\Blue Coat Reporter 9\journal\journal_XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.txt" will be indicate following error.
The root cause is related to Certificate Maintenance performed on the WSS portal on February 20, 2019 in WSS. The WSS portal (https://portal.threatpulse.com) certificate was updated, and requires an update of the root certificates used by Reporter 9.x
As of this publication, the "DigiCert Global Root G2" is available for download directly from DigiCert: https://www.digicert.com/digicert-root-certificates.htm
To resolve this issue, you can add the DigiCert Global Root G2 certificate data to Reporter's Certificate Authority configuration by taking the following steps. [Please see bottom For Windows users]
