There is a need to create or obtain a backup or snapshot of Content Filtering policies and other configurations in the Threatpulse (Web Security Service) portal. This, for the purpose of being able to revert back to the Threatpulse portal after switching to Management Center for policy enforcement.

A copy of Content Filtering policies and other configurations cannot be downloaded for the purpose of backing up currently.

NOTE: Switching from policy enforcement in the Threatpulse portal to Management Center will render configurations and policies for the following sections unavailable in the Threatpulse portal:

• Content Filtering
• Threat Protection
• SSL Interception
• Users and Groups
• Custom Exception pages

It is highly recommended to build out Content Filtering policies and other configurations in the Management Center first and perform the necessary testing to confirm functionality before switching the policy enforcement from the Threapulse portal to Management Center.
